Bilal grew up in a family in Jaipur and has been in the stone business since 1960.
Even as a young boy of ten years, he was already fascinated, by how, in the hands of his father, a beautiful, colorful stone was created from a lump of rough stone.
In this younger year he knew already, he wanted to be a magician like his father.
From this day on he watched his father every day after school, as he conjured up these beautiful stones, and learned the craft from scratch.
Over time his wish grew, that these stones would enchant people not only in Jaipur but all over the world. After finishing school at the age of 18, he started his online business for very little money to make his dream come true. He launched his store with a small collection of handmade stones on Etsy and promoted it on social media.
At first, sales were slow, but Bilal did not give up hope to make his dream come true and this business, his father had begun on a small scale in Jaipur, an international success.
Bilal studied intensively market economics, marketing, and sales. After a short time, he was already able to hire two handymen.
Today, he employs four workers for whom he takes very good care.
Bilal pursues his passion to make extraordinary beautiful stones of the best quality with utmost sincerity. It fills him with great satisfaction and joy to make the beauty and uniqueness of his products accessible to the world.
This journey has just begun and Bilal is curious and excited to see where it will lead him.
