Insulation Glass hot melt butyl is the first insulating glass sealant with permanent plastic.
Product Description: Hollow glass butyl sealant is a single component, solvent free, and permanently plastic first layer of low density hollow glass sealant based on polyisobutylene. Suitable for curtain wall insulating glass and louver insulating glass. Due to its excellent ultraviolet resistance, good air tightness and extremely low water vapor transmission rate, it forms an excellent water vapor blocking and inert gas exchange system with other elastic sealants (the second sealant - polysulfide, silicone, etc.)to ensure the service life of insulating glass.

Application Area
1.As a first insulating glass sealant in insulating glass production,to complete the double sealing with Silicone sealant,polysulfide sealant.Keep the applying area clean and dry,use the special hot melt extrusion pump.
