Membrane natural gas carbon dioxide removal product is an efficient and environmentally friendly natural gas purification solution. The use of advanced membrane separation technology can effectively remove carbon dioxide in natural gas, improve the quality and calorific value of natural gas, and provide a reliable guarantee for your energy utilization.
Process Flow Diagram
Firstly, raw natural gas is pretreated by filtration and pressure regulation, and then separated by membrane components using different gas molecules in the membrane with different penetration rates. On one side, carbon dioxide-rich permeable gas is obtained, and on the other side, most of the carbon dioxide-removed product gas is obtained. Permeable gas can be compressed and recycled or discharged. The product gas is transported or further processed after drying, pressure regulation and metering.
