Company Profile

We were formerly known as 99 Gold Data Company, established in 2017 with the mission of exporting Vietnamese agricultural products to the world. In our continuous process of collecting agricultural products and developing the market, we accomplished a lot of achievements, quickly get to the rank of million dollars enterprises and then we realized there was a need for a concrete direction and a higher level.

At that time, we soon determined that handicrafts would be the focus of the company's development in the near future. We are linked closely with craft villages and cooperatives with advantage of already having raw materials. We have built warehouses to focus on developing our products.

99 Gold Crafts now confidently provide products with large quantities, at competitive prices and according to customer requirements.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Harvesting Rattan
1. Selecting the Rattan: Choose mature rattan vines that are flexible but not overly dry. These canes should have a uniform color
and texture.

2. Cutting: Use cutting tools like machetes or knives to harvest the rattan canes. Be careful to avoid damaging the vines during
the cutting process.

Step 2: Preparing Rattan
3. Soaking: To make rattan more pliable and easier to work with, soak the harvested canes in water for several hours to several
days, depending on their thickness. The soaking time softens the rattan and makes it flexible for weaving.

4. Drying: After soaking, allow the rattan to air dry. Proper drying helps maintain its flexibility and prevents mold growth.

Step 3: Crafting Rattan
5. Design and Pattern: Plan your rattan craft design, and if necessary, create patterns or molds for consistency.

6. Weaving: Start weaving the rattan canes or splints together based on your design. Various weaving techniques, such as
wrapping, plaiting, or coiling, can be used depending on the desired outcome.

7. Shaping: If you need specific shapes, use molds or forms to help shape the rattan as you weave it.

8. Securing: Use clips, pins, or binding materials to secure the rattan in place as you work.

Step 4: Finishing
9. Trimming: Carefully trim any excess rattan material to achieve the desired shape and size.

10. Smoothing: Smooth the surface and edges of the rattan craft to remove any sharp or rough edges.

Step 5: Applying Finish
Staining or Varnishing: Apply a finish to enhance the appearance of the rattan craft and protect it from moisture and wear. You
can use stains, varnishes, or paints, depending on your design preferences.

Step 6: Quality Control
Inspect: Examine the rattan craft for any defects or imperfections. Make any necessary repairs or adjustments.

Step 7: Packaging and Shipping
13. Packaging: Prepare the finished rattan crafts for packaging. Use appropriate packing materials to ensure they are protected
during transport.

14. Shipping: Arrange for shipping, considering the destination and shipping method, and follow any export/import regulations if
you are selling internationally.
