MaterialThe Ball salt lamp is made out of 100% Pure, Natural, and Unprocessed Himalayan Rock Salt. We mine this rock salt directly from the millions of years old Himalayan Salt Mines, Khewra region, Pakistan. After mining, it is crafted by Demaro Salt's skilled workers to make awesome salt products!

The Himalayan salt colors run in veins deep inside the foothills of the Himalayan Salt Mines in Pakistan. Mostly, the vein colors are white, pink, orange, red, and gray. Moreover, the opacity, or in other words the dimness and brightness of these colors, is found in unlimited variants.

Well, we use three materials for the bases of our Himalayan salt lamps.
* Wooden Base
* Marble Base
* Onyx Base
Although the marble and onyx bases look nicer, the majority of our worldwide customers demand for Neem Wood Bases. The Neem is hard، durable and termite free.
Cord Set
Our Salt Lamps come with your country-specific Power Cords & bulbs. Both 110-volt and 220-volt cords are available with the following switches:

Aroma Packaging Details
1. First product will be washed untill all the mud / dirt is out of each stone
2. Then after drying, each Product will be plastic wrap properly with silica gel to avoid moisture

3. Then each lamp will be placed in mini box usually white color or color box depends on customer's demand
4. Each master carton will have 4 or 6 mini boxes (This can be changed as per customer's demand)
Note: Master carton is usually 5 layer (plei) & mini box is usaully 3 layer (plei). While packaging we keep all international packaging standards in mind.

A: We are a manufacturer since 2002. We have 2 factories; one produces Himalayan Salt Lamps and the other one produces Edible Pink Salt.
Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. The sample’s shipping cost is to be paid by the customer and that will be reimbursed at the time of bulk order!
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Most Samples need 7 days to dispatch, in special design/customization more time may be required, and mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for most orders.
Q4. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship the samples by DHL and FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
