Packaging Details
1. First product will be washed until all the mud / dirt is out of each stone
2. Then after drying, each Product will be plastic wrap properly
2. Then after drying, each Product will be plastic wrap properly
3. Then each lamp will be placed in mini box usually white color or color box depends on customer's demand
4. Each master carton will have 12 or 20 mini boxes (This can be changed as per customer's demand)
Note: Master carton is usually 5 layer (plei) & mini box is usaully 3 layer (plei). While packaging we keep all international packaging standards in mind.

A: We are manufacturer since 2002. We have 2 factories related Crafted Himalayan Salt Lamps and 1 edible Salt Stainless-Steel Plant.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Sample cost has to be paid by the customer.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Most Samples need 7 days to dispatch, in special design/customization more time may be required, mass production time needs 2-3
weeks for most orders.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

1. Kindly confirm quantity and specs
2. We will give final confirmation of price and an invoice will be issued
3. Customer will make the Payment
4. We start right away after payment is received.
