MIX NERO D’AVOLA * AL MERAT and CABERNET SAUVIGNON * KARREN
TOP CRU line FERRERI, Italian TOP quality Red wine.
Al MERAT and KARREN are two wines made from the grapes of Nero d'Avola (an indigenous variety) and Cabernet Sauvignon (an international variety).
Both are vinified in purity and then aged 12 months in small French oak barriques.
The results are surprising for the elegance, refinement and complexity they express, making them universal.
AL MERAT
COLOR: Ruby with purple shades.
FLAVORS: Full and vigorous soft with fine tannins and delicate freshness.
SMELL:Intense touchs of wild blasckbarry, sweet spice, violet, rhubarb, tobacco, graphite and humus.
TASTING NOTES: Pork stew with apples and prunes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C
KARREN
COLOR: Intense ruby with purple shades.
FLAVOR: Great balanced body rich and with a velvely tannic touch.
SMELL: Irrepresible scent of red fruits, blackcurrant, bilberry, with a noble end of roasted coffee, cocoa and eucalyptus. TASTING NOTES: Good with all meat dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C

Our Company
The winery was born in 2003 thanks to the idea of three partners, after many years of experimentation on vinification of the different grapes cultivated in our territory.
The first vinified grapes were Nero D'avola and Catarratto, then the winery decided to focus on other strongly rooted varieties in Western Sicily such as Pignatello and Cabernet Sauvignon as reds and Grillo, Zibibbo and Inzolia as whites. Over the years the selection has been improved with italian Spumante (sparkling wine) deriving from the variety of Catarratto Extralucido, the Passito of Zibibbo (dessert wine) and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the famous Nocellara del Belice.
During the years, the hard work and the commitment in the realization of the highest quality product, have allowed us to win several national and international awards:

Product packaging
The packaging for the individual products is made of strong cardboard and bubble wrap.
This protects the bottles inside by absorbing shocks and preserving their integrity.
