BORGO DEL MANDORLO is a tribute to Apulia, to its history.
In Roman times, Pliny the Elder possessed the fantastic and special wonders of the lands of the current province of Taranto and Lecce; one of these places can be visited and has his name: the Pliniana spring.
It is a large natural cave into which light enters through a small space. The entrance has a circular wall of sandstone. The really wonderful thing is that an almond tree has grown there. A tree that is loved by the people of Puglia and from which we took inspiration for the name of our Apulian wines. Lovely, full-bodied, intense wines that will delight you more and more with every sip.

After the soft pressing, the wine is is aged for at least two years in barrels. |
