The production line is equipped with modern equipment of the Turkish manufacturer AKYUREK TECHNOLOGY. The technology of cleaning legumes consists of the following stages: purification from impurities and husks, calibration of raw materials, stone separating machine, polishing machine, gravity machine, color photoseparator, additional calibration and packaging of finished products. The capacity of the plant is 5000 tons per year.
