Prosecco Doc Rosé Brut Millesimato
PERLAE ROSÉ
Fine and persistent perlage having a good mouthfeel; pale pink color, silky and radiant.
On the nose elegant, complex, fresh, and fruity, with slight notes of blackberries and blueberry, accompanied by a delicate aroma of fresh & citric fruits. On the palate, the wine treads a boundary between weightlessness and density, of remarkable personality, reminiscent of wild berries and citrus fruits.
Ideal as an apéritif. Excellent with salmon, lobster, scampi, Japanese cuisine.

San Simone Winery
San Simone: its history is linked to the territory.
In Friuli-Venezia Giulia, at Rondover, between Prata and Porcia,
in the most western part of Doc Friuli Grave
and heart of Doc Prosecco.
San Simone was founded in Friuli by the Brisotto family that has always believed in the extraordinary enological potential of its land and has more than a hundred years of experience in wine-making. A family, four generations: a story full of dynamic and strong-minded characters.
We selected the name San Simone for our wines and wine cellar in the memory of our origins. The first and historic headquarters of San Simone winery was located in the street San Simone, in Prata, opposite the fourteenth-century church devoted to Saint Simon. Mr. Gino Brisotto, great-grandfather of the current owners, in the early 1900s, gave the very first and decisive impulse to the winery that is now a Brisotto family mansion.
We have 65 hectares of sustainable vines, spread in different zones of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region under Friuli Grave Doc and Prosecco Doc. We have undertaken a green approach to our cultivation and daily business practices. Green project is our company initiative under which we endorse a set of actions, behaviors, and procedures that we put forward to contribute to environmental sustainability. Some of our vineyards are certified organic.
