In all production processes we use "Aya no Mizu" (Natural water in Aya, Miyazaki, Japan) which is one of Japan's 100 best natural waters.

The wood lye contained in the raw materials is extracted from wood ash of high-quality hardwood (cherry and oak).

It is a wonderful chewy texture created by the traditional method. Quickly wash it with water and slice it into sashimi konjac with rich flavor.




When cooking, please tear the konjac by hands, so the taste will be excellent.

We produce it with "raw potato-wood ash method" that is not available in retail sails. "Glucosylceramide" is included 1.8g in 100g konjac.

Normally, calcium hydroxide is used as coagulation agent, but this product uses wood lye as a main ingredient.
