Self-leveling damp-proof sealing compound — HY-230

       Application of a high molecular polymer moisture blocking agent silicone polymer mixing techniques, high performance chemical formula, to form a sufficient seal against the bottom of the slot electric device; natural temperature withstand freeze-thaw cycles and all kinds of environments, with no deformation, It has the characteristics of no deterioration and no cracking; it can be tightly bonded with various metal materials and cable sheath materials , and does not produce adverse chemical reactions; and can be re-opened for maintenance and blocked again, which is an indispensable artifact for electrical equipment safety protection .

Component ratio: two-in-one polymer material with high active chemical substance, organic silicon compound. It is a and b two components, a and b=10:1 weight ratio.

Stir uniformly: a and b are stirred and mixed for about 2-3 minutes, subject to uniform mixing.

Pour into the cabinet: After the blocking agent is mixed, it still has good fluidity within the operating time range, and automatically flows into the target area without smoothing, and the construction is simple. It can quickly and easily flow through complicated through pipes or cables and other cabinets, filling irregular surfaces, and finally forming a solid shape.

Curing performance: After the plugging agent is evenly stirred, there will be about 20 minutes of operation time. Thefield application can be completed after the mixed solution is dried on thesurface, and a solid closed cell matrix can be formedin1-2 hours.

Chemical resistance: It can prevent the chemical corrosion of gasoline, petroleum, dilute acids and alkalis, substrates and most unsaturated hydrocarbons.

Re-repair: Add a new cable or secondary construction. Use a carpenter's knife to open the hole. After completion, pour some moisture-proof plugging agent into the hole to seal the area. After installing the new cables or pipes, the area can be re-sealed with some moisture-proof plugging agent, which is convenient to repair.

1. Twelve(12) months when stored at 24C in tightly closed original packages.

3. Storage beyond the expired date doesnot necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
