Hello, my friends!
My name is Denic Mansurov, I’m a leader and coffee chef in Ingresso.

I’ve been working in catering business since 1999, starting from waiter and reaching the position of chain restaurant’s manager.
From the first day of my job as a waiter I literally fell in love with coffee.

I saw how people ordered cup of coffee, how barista made it using all their skills and high quality coffee beans which were brought by the suppliers. I saw how all these pieces turned into one cup of coffee. Every coffee cup has to travel a long way, not just one or two hours, but one or two years. So much the beans could see before they get to the barista, and then into the cup… Whole colorful and amazing life!

I’ve been traveling a lot since 1999. I visited more than 100 coffeehouses, talked with professional baristas, tasted more than 13,600 cups of coffee. And then, in 2016, I realized that I want to devote my life to coffee, I want to roast it, I want to introduce it to people.

That’s how I started my own roasting production – Ingresso.
