Matsunohana jyunmaiginjyou 720ml
What kind of sake is it?
Gentle sweetness at the bottom of the deep transparency. Good for drinking with food.
It is characterized by a mild acidity and a fine umami taste derived from "TAMASAKAE", a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Shiga Prefecture.
Ginjo-shu is made from the highest quality rice (tamasakae, etc.), which has been polished to more than half its original size, and fermented at low temperatures for a long period of time during the winter brewing season. The resulting sake is different from other types of sake in that it has a lighter quality and a fruity aroma (ginjo aroma).
It is recommended as a higher grade sake for a meal.

It was awarded a gold medal at the Monde Selection (world liquor contest) in June 2002 and at the 2007 National New Sake Competition.It was awarded first place overall in the Junmai Daiginjo category by over 100 judges of the 2005 Shiga Prefecture Sake Brewing Technology Study Group.Osaka Regional Taxation Bureau New Sake Competition in the Hot Sake Division2014 2015 2016 2019 Award of Excellence.
