Tiratari is our "Super-Sangiovese" where Syrah does not cover Sangiovese but it enhances its extraordinary taste-olfactory quality.
It is a blend of 75% Sangiovese and 25% Syrah.
Psyci is our great "SuperTuscan", where the Cabernet Sauvignon completes and integrates with its structure the elegance and finesse of
Sangiovese.
A harmonious encounter between strength and preservability. Olfactory opening of black currant and plum, touches of liquorice and pepper that anticipate the delicate spicy closure. The taste is decisive in the entrance with a wide and substantial opening, the development continues along the line of freshness and a precise and quality tannic texture, the closure releases warmth and fruit.
