Classic bar
Blend characterized by 70% of Robusta coffee, it represents our most intense solution both in percentage of caffeine and on the profile of the cup. The organoleptic characteristics of Robusta coffees give creaminess and body. The sweet aftertaste is given by the presence of Arabica coffee which, albeit in small quantities, give strong notes of dark chocolate.

The blend is roasted every day and that is why we always supply a fresh product, having total and direct control over the production phases we are able to fulfill orders daily. The coffee is packaged in airtight containers specially designed to save aroma and is the result of a careful selection and choice of raw products.
Our services
Private label: Our company also provides marketing and communication consultancy to private labels, assisting them from the creation of a logo, drafting of a business plan, as well as in the production of coffee products. We produce and package for private label our coffee beans. This service was created to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to see all the process and passion beyond coffee’s manufacturing, embracing their own identity.
This type of customization is also very appreciated by companies that intend to offer their own customized coffee to their clients during special events and parties. We offer our experience and support to all our partners.
Company Profile
Janus Caffè was born in Fabriano 30 years ago and in 1996 was acquired by our father Alberto Bongarzoni, the years of great passion and dedication to work have allowed him to build an excellent reputation in the Marche region, and for this we are truly grateful!
We 3 children are the current partners and we manage this splendid reality with the main objective of protecting the result in the cup. In fact, this concept is crucial for all business decisions, being producers allows us to exercise constant and direct control over all production phases: the selection of the different qualities of raw products (Arabica and Robusta coffee), the blending method, the roasting until the packaging of each product. The conservation method plays a fundamental role and it is necessary to study the right packaging so that the aromas are not altered over time.

The famous "secret of the roaster" lies in the recipes of the blends, creating one in fact requires a great deal of study and having inherited it, we reserve it with extreme care. However, in addition to our original blends, we like to introduce other flavors, discovering different countries of origin of raw products.
