Our Services

We do the inspection one by one.

We buy the products from the supplier which is competitive with its category, so that we change the supplier for every category.

As for packing, due to avoid any damage, we put buffer materials between gaps of fruits.

*Live oyster

We put the live oyster and refrigerant pack into the foamed box, and transport it by air.

*Frozen oyster with shells

After putting to the plastic bag, we pack it by the cardboard box, and transport it by reefer container.

What is your main products?

We are a fruit trade company that specializes in fresh, frozen, and dried fruits. Dragon fruit, Passion fruit, Mango, Banana... are some of the most common fresh fruits in Kenya. Passion fruit, bananas, mangoes, papayas, and jackfruit, all frozen... Dried fruits such as jackfruit, bananas, and potatoes...

How long have you been in business/industry?

We have only recently begun exporting fruit, but our team has more than three years of experience in purchasing and exporting.

What market did you export to?

Our fresh fruit export experiences include Singapore, China, and India, as well as frozen fruit exports to Australia, Israel, and Malaysia, and dried fruit exports to Korea. However, we are aiming fresh fruit exports to the Euro market, Korea, Japan, and East Central Asia countries.

What is the procedure for placing an order?

First, We need to know all about trade deal information: Products requirements, Delivery, Certificate, and payment terms

Then we'll give you a contract detailing the terms and conditions we've discussed; you'll need to sign and stamp it, then returnus a copy. Then, based on the payment terms, you will create an LC or make a deposit to our side before we can start production

Do you accept product samples?

We provide free samples to all customers, but you may be charged for freight or delivery based on the carrier's actual costs. We can only deliver fresh fruit samples if you can clear customs to receive them, depending on the market and regulations.

What are your return policies?

We agreed to take back the consignment and send you a replacement container as quickly as feasible if the container was unqualified. With all of our costs, the container may need your help to be shipped back or to another nation.
