Prosciutto Padanino disossato Addobbo Cured Ham without bone
In order to produce our “Padanino” ham we use selected ham legs coming from the EU, mainly from Germany or Austria.
The chosen ham legs are then worked inside our plant by our personnel and, after 10 months of aging or more, the “Padanino” is ready for you.
Our ham is suitable for everyone: it has a sweet and delicate taste and its gluten-free and lactose-free.

You can find us in Veneto (Italy), and, more specifically in Crosare, a little village near Pressana in the middle of the Pianura Padana, at the crossroad between the provinces of Verona, Padua and Vicenza.

We are specialized in the handicraft production of prosciutto (ham), speck and other specialties, our key product is the Prosciutto Veneto DOP.
To respect our high standards, our products are controlled during all the working phases: from the ham legs’ receiving to the salting, from the aging to the smoking, from the deboning to the final packaging.
Our personnel’s experience and our handicraft production are the key to give our products a special taste, which reminds you of our history and tradition.
