3 way solenoid valve: Vacuum to 150 bar, 0.8 mm to 65 mm bore size, screwed connection, -60 C to 150 C operating range
5 way solenoid valve: Vacuum to 150 bar, 0.8 mm to 65 mm bore size, screwed connection, -60 C to 150 C operating range
Namur solenoid valve: with 3/2, 5/2 convertibility, inbuilt quick exhaust option, Modulating valve option
