A: Production process including raw material cutting, machine processing, grinding, accessories cleaning, assembling, cleaning, heat treating, oil coating, cover pressing, testing, packaging.
Q3. How to control the products quality?
A: Combining advanced equipment and strict management, high standard and quality sprockets provided for our customers all over the world.
Q4. What is the transportation?
A: Normally by express if for small qty, such as DHL,UPS, TNT FEDEX and by sea if large qty.
Q5. Can we design packaging?
A: Yes. Package can be of your own design.
Q6. Can you provide OEM service?
A: Yes, we provide OEM service. Size, qty, design, packaging solution,logo etc will be as your requests.
Q7: How long is your delivery time?
A: In general ,it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock. Generally It is 15-30 days if they are not in
stock, any way, the delivery time be depended on quantity.
Q8: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, We provide samples normally for 1-5 pcs.
Q9: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For Payment below 5000 USD, 100% in advance. If Payment above 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance , the balance paid before shipment. Having other questions, pls feel free to ask us.
