A single component, heat resisting paint formulated based on an air drying binder system and pigmented. Can be used as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. A heat resistant coating for use on steel subjected to temperatures of up to 600ºC in a wide range of industrial environments, e.g. petrochemical plants, power stations, offshore structures etc.

Silicone heat resistant paint is a one-component coating. It has good heat resistance. Modified with other resins, or combined with special pigments and fillers, silicone paint has good applying performance, drying performance, physical and chemical properties of the coating film and special heat resistance, and is widely used to protect the surface of a high-temperature working environment. The silicone high-temperature resistant paint can maintain good corrosion resistance at high temperatures, such as boilers, exhaust pipes, engines, etc.

Features of high-temperature resistant paint:

  Heat resistance 200-600℃. In terms of temperature resistance range, silicone heat-resistant paint is divided into multiple grades, with 100°C as an interval, from 200°C to 600°C, which meets the requirements of different paints and heat-resistant conditions.

  Resistance to cold and heat changing alternating cycle. The silicone high-temperature resistant paint film has undergone a cold and heat cycle experiment test. The layer sample is taken out of the oven and placed in cold water under a drastic temperature difference, and then placed in the oven, so that the heat and cold cycle can reach more than 10 times. The hot and cold paint film is intact, and the coating does not peel.
