We have the capacity to produce Metalizing Films in various specifications of microns and optical density. In addition to this, our metallized films provide an excellent barrier against light, moisture, gases, etc. Metallized polyester film is best suited for flexible packaging, Yarn application, lamination, hot stamping foils and holograms. However, the wide known application also includes twist wraps films, labeling and peelable and non-peelable film.

Our Metallized films Optical Density ranges from 0.2 – 3.0, such films are widely used in various industries like Metallic yarn, packaging, decorative purposes, lamination and disposable items, food packaging, and for specialty applications including insulation and electronics.

SM-151 grade a Bi axially Oriented metallized polyester film. The film is metallized on untreated side. This film is designed for Yarn grade application.

Gandhidham is the location of our BOPET plant, where we manufacture our polyester film that is known for its distinct properties such as uniform thickness, high clarity, glossy appearance, and superior strength.

Our existing capacity of 700MT/Month has been increased to 3000MT/Month after installation and commissioning of a brand new 8.9meter width BOPET manufacturing line of DORNIER from GERMANY. We have been successfully running 10,12, 23, 36, and 50micron film and we are equipped to produce between 8micron to150micron using our new line. We are honored to share that we have successfully perfected the process to enhance thermal stability along with tensile properties to produce exceptional quality packaging / Yarn grade film in various micron sizes. A fairly accurate and uniform gauge profile and other associated characteristics of the premium film have already been achieved.

We have world-class metallizers from Ulvac (Japan) and General Vacuum (UK) for metallizing BOPET film with thickness ranging from 10-150micron and a maximum width up to 2850mm.

It can be split into different sizes as per the customer’s requirements. Our Metallizers are equipped with a plasma treatment facility with high barrier properties through pinhole-free metallizing and uniform optical density.
