Direction:
1. Put one piece of noodles in boiling water (500cc)
2.Cook the noodles for 2~3 minutes
3.Put the self-prepared ingredients, stir the noodles & cook for 2 minutes, the delicious noodles is ready for serving.
食用方法:
1. 将水放入锅中煮沸,每块面身使用500cc的水(约三碗水)
2. 放入面块煮2~3分钟
3. 再放入佐料,再煮2分钟面即可享用

1) Prepare Ingredients A----Curry Paste
~Curry Leaves
~2-3 Lemon Grass (cut into pieces)
~Organic Cumin Powder
~Organic Curry Powder (1 big tablespoon)
~Carelife Vegetarian G Seasoning Powder
~Organic Coconut Oil (3 big tablespoon)
2) Prepare Ingredients
~Carelife Organic Ten Multi Grains Ramen
~Vegetables (According to your preference)
~2 Potatoes (cut into cubes)
~Carrots (cut into cubes)
~Cooked Corn Kernels
~Green Bell Pepper (cut into cubes)
~Vegetarian Chickens
3) Direction:
a. Heat the oil in a wok & stir fry the ingredients A
b. Add potatoes, carrots, vegetarian chicken & carelife vegetarian g seasoning powder in the wok too.
c. Add water and turn down the flame & cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
d. Add the cooked corn kernel, green bell pepper & coconut oil into the wok for 3 to 5 minutes.
e. Cook the carelife organic ten multi grains ramen for 3 to 4 minutes
f. Top the ramen with the curry paste while the ramen is cooked
g. A bowl of hearty curry ten multi grains ramen is ready to serve!
爱家食谱(咖喱十谷拉面):
1)准备食材A----咖喱酱
~咖喱叶(适量)
~香茅 2-3支 (切小块备用)
~有机孜然粉(适量)
~有机咖喱粉一大匙(适量调加)
~爱家有机蔬菜素G粉(适量)
~有机椰子油3大匙
2)准备材料
~爱家有机十谷拉面
~蔬菜配料
~马铃薯2粒(切块备用)
~萝卜1个(切块备用)
~玉米粒(适量)
~青椒(切块备用)
~素G鸡丁块(适量)
3)步骤
a. 待锅中油热后,将A咖喱配料放入锅中炒香
b. 放入马铃薯,萝卜,素G鸡丁块,蔬菜素G粉和咖喱料一起炒匀,再加入适量水
c.转至小火后,将马铃薯慢煮约10-15分钟至熟透
d.加入玉米粒,青椒,椰油,煮3-5分钟后即可起锅
e.将水煮沸后,放入拉面煮3-4分钟
f.待面煮熟后,即可淋上咖喱酱料
g.一碗健康营养咖喱有机十谷拉面就可上桌啦!
