Anti dripping Agent PA-430

Introduction

PA-430 is a polymer processing aid which improves processing of polyolefin resin at very low levels(100 to 1000ppm) usage. PA-430 is coated at the inside of the die wall and decreases the friction between melted resin and the die wall. 
Its Benefits are eliminates melt fracture, reduces die-build up, reduces die pressure, reduces extrusion temperature, and increases the output of main resin. 
Its application is used as a raw material of PO resins, especially m-LLDPE film, sheet, wire, cable and pipe.
Typical levels of use of POLYB PA-430 are 100 to 1000 ppm in PE during film extrusion(500ppm on standard use). To achieve this level on industrial conditions, production of masterbatch is necessary. It is recommended to produce masterbatch containing between 2 to 5% of POLYB PPA PA-430(preferably 5%). When a masterbatch containing 5% is used, the level of PPA masterbatch in PE is about 1%.

Polymer Processing Aids
