"La Ricetta del Gelato di Pa'" is a liquid mixture for UHT ice cream that is ready to be whipped. Thanks to the patented production process, 'La Ricetta del Gelato di Pa' can be stored at room temperature even for long periods of time, until the package is opened, without its organoleptic qualities being compromised.
The product is distinguished by important service components that provide qualitative, logistical and economic advantages: it does
not require refrigeration or pasteurisation; its ease of processing guarantees the uniformity of the product, even in the event of alternating operators, without requiring any specific skills or preparation.



"La Ricetta del Gelato di Pa'" is a ready-made mixture that can be used both with professional equipment and ice-cream makers for home use.

Raw materials:
This is a 100% Italian product, characterised by the high quality of its raw materials, thanks to the choice of favouring short supply chain procurement, in order to be able to process the product quickly, ensuring high standards of quality, freshness and unrivalled organoleptic characteristics.

Variants:
The 'Gelato di Pa' recipe is available in several variants:

- Ready-made flavours, with the mixtures already prepared for use, containing all the ingredients to produce a specific flavour, and only needing to be whipped. The flavours available are Fior di Panna (Flavor of cream), Chocolate, Egg Cream, Vanilla, Hazelnut, Coffee, Strawberry, Forest Fruit, Mango, Lemon and Sicilian Mandarin.

- The neutral fruit base, conceived to accompany everyone's creativity to create any flavour they like; the base is in fact
designed so that it can be supplemented at the whipping stage with the fruit flavour you wish to obtain, by adding natural fruit or pulp to the ready mix.

- The neutral creme base, (particularly indicated for professionals in the sector), is already perfectly balanced for the
production of creme ice creams; it only needs the addition of the ingredients required to create the desired flavour.
