1. Are you a manufacturer?
AirX is the world's first producer and trader of coffee bio-composite in Vietnam. Our large factory, located in the South, has a monthly capacity of 700 tons. And our research lab engineers include industry experts who are always researching & developing biomaterials and deploying them on an industrial scale. We have successfully produced and traded bioplastics made from coffee grounds mixed with recycled PP, PE, ABS, PLA plastic.
2. Where is AirX located?
The office of AirX is located at 384 Hoang Dieu street, Ward 6, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

3. Can I buy a sample of your product?
We do sell sample products at a special price per unit, which is lower than the retail
4. How long before I receive my order?
In the domestic area, the products are carefully packed, then we choose a suitable shipping unit for delivery. For orders in Ho Chi Minh City, it will take 2-3 working days, and outside the city will take 5-7 working days. price of each individual product.
5. What are the shipping costs?
We check the delivery fee through the shipping agent FedEx or you can book your own shipping unit to pick up the ordered products at the warehouse of AirX.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
AirX cooperates with large and prestigious shipping units to ship internationally. The sea freight we are cooperating with are Maersk, Evergreen, SITC and the air freight will be FedEx, UPS, DHL.
8. Can I print my logo on your cups and mugs? Which method do you use? Is it easy to fade?
We have cooperated with big partners like Roche, Starbucks, many other large and small companies and engraved their logos on our cups and mugs made from coffee grounds. Because we laser engrave your logo directly on the surface of our products, it will stay intact on the surface for a long time.
9. I didn't receive all the products as I expected. What should I do?

10 Besides the products, what are other services that AirX offers?
We have strong internal resources in terms of facilities, research laboratories and manufacturing plants that provide the ability to research and develop other bioplastics such as bamboo, wood, bagasse, rice husk upon customer request and provide engineering plastic compounds such as ABS (fire resistant), POM, PVC. At the same time, we also develop commercial bioplastic products for brands in terms of ideas, making mold, machining and OEM/ODM service.
