What is the MOQ?

We can do custom printed pouches as low as 10000 pcs.

Is plates/ cylinders/ moulds required? 

Yes, we will need to make printing cylinders for each design. The cost of which ranges between 75USD to 160USD per color depending upon the size of the pouch. No of the colors required will be based on the type of design.

Do I need to pay the cylinder charge again for the re-order?

No, the cylinder is made once and can be reused. For re-order of identical design, no need to pay cylinder cost again.

Which printing technology do you use?

Gravure Printing Method.

What is the lead time?

Generally, the lead time to make an order ready is 15-20 days from the date of approval.

I do not have a design, can you design a pouch for me?

Yes, our in-house designer can make a design for you. It is FREE and we do not charge for it.

Can I get samples?

Yes, we can send you free samples of our previous work to check quality.

How can I get a Quote?

We need the following info to generate the quote for you:
- Type of Pouch (Stand Up Zipper Pouch, flat Bottom Box Pouch or 3 Side Seal Pouch, etc.)
- Quantity? (If there are multiple designs, then quantity per design and no. of designs)
- Material Structure and Thickness? (In case you do not have this info, we can suggest)
- Size of the pouch? (Width, Length, Gusset)
- If possible, share the artwork so we can know the no of cylinders required.

What are the shipping terms offered?

We can offer various delivery terms- Ex-works, FOB, CIF, and even Door Delivery.

What are the shipping methods and transit time?

- Express Courier- DHL (for quick delivery of 3-7 days)
- Air Freight- 5-10 days
- Sea Freight- 15- 45 Days (depends on the delivery port)
