Q: How many bundles hair do I need?

A: Usually 3 bundles could make a full hairstyle. If long hairstyle. we will suggest to choose 4 pieces, if you have any special design or want a more full hairstyle, Pls add one more extra bundle.

Q: Is this virgin human hair ?

A: Yes, this is 100% unprocessed human virgin hair. which is soft and shiny

Q.why the color is different from the website ?

A : Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different color.

Q: How long it takes for the shipment? 

A: If the hair you want in stock ,We could ship it out within 24 hours after your payment be done, as usual the shipment will take 4-6 working days to USA and Europe countries, 4-7 working days to Africa countries.

Q: How long this hair could last?

A: The hair could last for a very long time depends on how you treat it. Treat the hair like your own hair and take good care of it will last longer.

Q.Why are my hair extension getting tangle?

A : Your Hair Extensions tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help

Q: How to care the hair ?

A: Pls wash your virgin hair with lukewarm water instead of hot water , it may harm your hair. it is very necessary to use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner.

 Wrap the hair with dry towel and air dry it, comb the hair gently from end to top with a wide tooth comb, Pls don’t always dyed or bleached your hair , too much heat or chemicals is very harmful to the hair .
