Our Company
Viet Mai Lan Company is headquartered in Hanoi. Viet Mai Lan was initially a business household, then developed and established a company. We are people born and raised in traditional handicraft villages in Vietnam. From a young age, the images of mothers and grandmothers whittling bamboo and weaving baskets were deeply embedded in our subconscious. As descendants, we have the responsibility to preserve the traditional profession of our ancestors. And most of all, we hope to be able to inherit and develop this traditional craft in the face of the current innovation trend of today's society.
With many successive generations preserving and practicing handicrafts, we have many years of experience in the process of producing and preserving goods. Our artisans are always meticulous and skillful in every product detail. From there, they can come up with solutions and ideas to realize your product.
Not only experience in production, we have many years of experience in exporting goods abroad. We understand import and export procedures and requirements of each country, making your purchase easier.
Our Factory
At each of our factories, there are machinery systems to serve the product manufacturing process. However, craftsmen are still the ones directly making the products. To be able to breathe life into the product, to create a unique product. This is something machines cannot do. Our machinery will support the production process such as dryers, laser engraving machines, sanding machines, etc. Because of the characteristics of handicraft products, our factories are distributed according to raw material areas and traditional craft villages. From there, we can bring products that have the most cultural identity.

Our Artisans
We pride ourselves on having over 1000 local women with rich experience in manufacturing handicraft products. Their skill and workmanship is truly an art form! The local artisans choosing to continue in their mother and grandmother’s footsteps are preserving Vietnamese traditional crafts. Each handcrafted piece reflects the spirit of artisans creating it and their passion for traditional weaving handicrafts.

3. What is your MOQ?
Normally MOQ for one design is 50 pieces/design. For a full container order, the MOQ is 20 pieces/design..
4. Can you make samples?
Yes, we can. We will give you the free samples. Sample making time is 7-10 days, it depends on the designs. All sample cost and shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
5. Do you accept customization requests?
Yes, we do. We have in-house designers and also cooperate with other designers. It is easy if you would love to change the
patterns but it will take more time and cost to make your designs.
6. How is your quality control?
We will make samples and send customers for confirmation before mass production. Throughout the production process, we have a QC (Quality Control) department to monitor and inspect. After the order is completed, you can hire a third party to final Inspection before shipment.
7. What is your payment term?
We offer a variety of payment methods, including TT/LC/MasterCard, in order to best serve our customers
8. Shipping and Delivery
