A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment).

Q: Can you make the other sizes and packages for the product?
A: Yes, we are specialized in them and we will be glad that you make such request.

Q: How to make a custom hardware?
A: If you select any products on our website, you only need to adjust the size/logo/accessories. We can modify it according to our own technical drawings, provide drawings to show the results and help customers make judgments and more intuitively select.
Besides ,the customer can provide a sketch to show the desired product size, structure and accessory composition. It can be improved according to the customer’s sketch and 3D drawings are provided for the customer to browse the product effect, communicate and negotiate with the customer to improve the product and finally make a manual kind of confirmation.
Only the concept of the product and the desired effect can be provided. We can provide product sketches as required and then provide material samples and accessories samples for customers to choose and then provide accurate drawings based on the confirmed materials and accessories and finally arrange for sample confirmation.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For ready-made materials, 500pcs can be ordered. If it is a customized hardware, the MOQ is determined according to the different minimum requirements of the material.

A: If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to solve it and give you a satisfying answer.

Q: How can I get the samples?
A: If you need some samples to test the quality, we can make as per your request. Sample fee for customized product will be charged, while the samples cost can be refundable if the amount meets our requirement. Free sample for existing mould.

Q: All of your products are in stock?
A: It depends on the kinds of products, only some styles we do have some samples. We are mostly do orders.

Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design ?
A: We have our own designer. You can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. If you have your own sample, please send us for reference.

Q: What’s your main export market?
A: US, Europe, Southeast.

Q: Do you have private mold?
A: Yes, we have more than 10,000 kinds of molds and there are new styles every year.

Q: How to order the products?
A: Send the inquiry with detail item description or with ITEM number. Tell us the color, quantity, size of goods and packing you need. If there is no packing demand, we will take it as seaway packing. If it is possible, please attach the pictures for reference to avoid any misunderstanding so that we can get a better understanding.

Q: How can we guarantee quality?
A: We have a pre-production sample before mass production, final inspection before shipment and there are 3 times of QC in total before shipment.

Q: Do you have all colors in stock?
A: Some of the colors and designs are in stock, please contact us to get more details.

A: Yes, if we have it in stock, you can get less quantity than our MOQ.
