Once you put forward your design requirements, specify the design size or send us a sample, we will produce it according to your customized paper cup size requirements.
The paper cup fan is designed with three blank sides for gluing, sealing and curling. This means that the middle is your design area, where you can display your logo, pattern design or text content.
We use environmentally friendly food-grade ink for printing, with bright colors, and no ink smell is left during the printing process. In addition, we support multi-color printing options, up to 1-6 colors.
We have accumulated a wealth of customer customization cases and provide you with free pattern design services. Our professional team accurately handles every size and color detail.
If you need our design service
Our paper cups are made of a carefully proportioned combination of paper fans and bottom paper, with 4-5 tons of paper fans matched with 1 ton of bottom paper, ensuring that neither paper fans are wasted nor bottom paper is left over during the production process.
PE coated paper is the most widely used material at present.

Production Process
After the uncoated raw material is coated into PE coated paper, two main processes are involved:
• Paper cup fan: According to the customer's customized design, the PE coated paper is multi-color printed and cut to finally form the paper cup fan.
• Bottom paper: According to the customer's different size requirements, the PE coated paper roll is cut into paper rolls of the same width for the production of paper cups.
• Paper cup fan: According to the customer's customized design, the PE coated paper is multi-color printed and cut to finally form the paper cup fan.
• Bottom paper: According to the customer's different size requirements, the PE coated paper roll is cut into paper rolls of the same width for the production of paper cups.
Paper fans have a wide range of applications, and are suitable for making paper cups, paper bowls, ice cream bowls, etc.
They can also be equipped with paper lid, plastic lid, and cup sleeve to meet different usage occasions.

Food Grade Raw Material
Our paper fans are made of food grade raw materials, with weights ranging from 150gsm to 350gsm, and can be single/double PE coated. Whether it is the paperboard, PE coated or the water-based ink used, all materials meet food grade standards.
Waterproof and oil-proof
Our paper fans have excellent oil and water resistance and edge permeability resistance. The strong bond between PE and paper ensures durability and reliability in wet and oily environments.
Well Sealing
The paper cups made by our paper cup fans are strong and durable, and the bottom is specially designed to effectively prevent leakage. The excellent sealing performance can safely hold a variety of drinks.
Virgin Wood Pulp
The paper we use is sourced from certified wood suppliers to ensure our paper fans have a natural color, zero paraben content, and are made from poly-coated paperboard.
