Our kombu dealer’s prized kombu dashi broth. This kombu dashi broth is made from Hokkaido kombu. This bottle is made from about 150g of kombu. This is a concentrate that is diluted with 8 to 10 parts water before use.
It will help you save time by cutting out the effort of making broth from actual kombu. You can use kombu dashi broth packed with umami flavor at home with ease. It is made with alcohol, so please heat it before serving.
