Characteristics of two-stage screw type air compressor:

2.Two-stage independent compression, equal pressure ratio, low speed design, 15% increase in gas capacity at equivalent power.
3.Each level of low compression ratio assurance, host leakage is smaller, higher volumetric efficiency.
4.The oil mist spray cooling is applied between the grades to make the whole process close to isothermal compression and increase the compression adiabatic efficiency.
5.The two sections of the rotor are directly started by the helical gears, so that each section of the rotor obtains the best
linear speed and the compression transmission efficiency is the highest.
