Benny Nasal vacuum
Instructions for use: The nasal vacuum is designed to remove the mucus from the child’s nose, in order to ease breathing and prevent the development of complications.
How to use the nasal vacuum: attach the bell-shaped end of the nasal vac to the tube of a domestic vacuum cleaner. Switch on the vacuum cleaner and adjust the necessary sucking force with the vacuum modulator of the vacuum cleaner. Attach the nozzle end to the nose. Due to the vacuum effect, the mucus will move into the canister of the cleaner. With interruptions, vacuuming can be repeated several times.
Extra care is needed for the use of this device in the case of wounds in the nose, a taint for nasal bleeding or chronic haemophilia. Do not leave the user unattended.
Disinfecting the nasal vacuum
The plastic parts and the silicone tube of the nasal vacuum are heat-resistent. Before each use, sterilise it in boiling water or clean it in a disinfecting solution.
For cleaning, take off the nozzle end from the canister, or even dismantle the nozzle end itself for better efficiency (remove the lower part of the tube from the nozzle end).
After drying, keep it with the parts fitted together and in a clean place.
The use of microwave equipment is forbidden!

Why is it important to remove the nasal secretion, mucus?
· Newborn babies breath through the nose from the moment of their birth, therefore, unremoved nasal secretion can cause even nutritional difficulties as well soon.
· If the removal of the infected mucus not happens, several dangerous problems can develop like combustions in the maxillary sinus, middle ear or in the nose tonsils.
· The infected secretion can get in the whole field of the breathing organs, in the throttle and bronchia as well. The swallowed secretion can cause stomachache, vomiting, diarrhea by causing gastritis for the baby.
· In serious cases, the swelling of the nasal mucous membrane obstructs the ventilation of the ear-duct that connects to the nose. This is the explanation for that later developing hearing disorders can be the complications of a banally started simple snuffles.
With the frequent cleaning of the nose duct all these complications and problems can be prevented.

Using suggestions for the Benny vacuum cleaner nose aspirator.
It's suggested to point the joined end's tip sidewards and downwards during the sucking procedure because the mucus gathers in the bottom of the nose cave due to its weight. The sucking power does not cause any damage to the nasal mucous membrane neither in the cranium cave. Our years-, decades long experience proves that the nasal vacuum's daily usage several times rather helps the cleaning up and freeing of the nasal duct so that the baby's sucking and sleap will be carefree.
