Product Introduction:
 
The traditional technologies of manufacturing bricks are heavily polluting the environment and in light of the economic growth in China there is a huge

pressure to manufacture more bricks. However Zhengtai Ltd manufactured a environment friendly brick machine,Vacuun Extruder JZK45. This machine

uses crushed materials like pure gangue, pure shale, coal ash, clay, construction waste, low grade clay and perlite to produce various bricks such as common

 bricks, solid bricks and hollow bricks of different types. Applicable materials are widespread, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, and industrial tailings, all can be used

as raw materials. Because of the different raw materials, the vacuum extruder is also called gangue brick machine, shale brick machine, fly ash brick machine,

clay brick machine and so on.

Structure and Features:

1. The two-stage vacuum extruder consists of mixing part and pressing/forming part, which is equipped with air compression system and pumped vacuum system.

The pneumatic clutch adopts remote control and the installation of the mixing tank and forming tank is flexible enough for users.

2. It has the following features: rational construction, strong adaptability, large extrusion pressure, low energy consumption, high output, easy maintenance, etc.

3. The reamer of this machine is made of wear-resistance materials which can extend its service life by 4~7 times. And the screw lead is scientifically designed,

increasing the extrusion pressure and improving the work efficiency. The machine uses floating axle shaft to avoid sway and instability after a long time operation,

an energy saving of  15~30%.

4. The shafts used inside the machine are special ones which are harden by quenching. Hard tooth gear surface is adopted in the reducer.

5. There are safety devices in the splash transmission and material level control, which can protect main machine parts and lengthen the machine service life. 

6. There is a pressure meter on the head of the vacuum extruder, with which the press data can be read. The raw materials are disposed by humidification and

curing so that users can get a large extrusion pressure and high output.

3.The harden surface gear was adopted in reducer, clutch are a component with own patent, all the treatments make the machine life-saving  

4.the reasonable design,compact structure reduce the energy consumption,without any shaking during working, even the brick extruder can working normal without

foundation bolts.
