1, twisted dragon is made of high chromium casting, after quenching treatment, the service life of up to (800-10 million standard brick,

Whole brick making process:

1)Material is put into box feeder to make sure continuous feeding.There is a reamer near the discharging hole of box feeder.It can crash big block

 

2)Then material is conveyed to roller crusher and crashed into powdery.

 

3)After that material is conveyed to double shaft mixer.Add water when mixing the material to make it more even.

 

4)Material is conveyed to brick vacuum extruder.The machine process the material and squeezes out  mud strip.

 

5)Strip cutter cut the mud strip into equal length strip and convey them to cut adobe plate

 

6)Adobe cutter cut the brick strip into green brick adobes.

 

7)Green bricks pass stoving and sintering processes become red brick.
