1, twisted dragon is made of high chromium casting, after quenching treatment, the service life of up to (800-10 million standard brick,

is spraying welding ground dragon 8-10 times), and other plant using common spraying process (10-150000 standard brick);

2, extruder, vacuum chamber integrally cast cylinder head, the whole process, the quenching treatment, increase its toughness, not easy

 to deformation, extend the life of the machine. Vacuum chamber adopts funnel-shaped, more rapid than square net vacuum. Other

manufacturers use 20 mm steel plate welding processing;

3, the overall frame welding, (in the double housing planer) integral plane processing, make the products better concentricity;

4, the spindle after quenching and tempering, suppression test, enhance the stiffness and ductility of the spindle;

Raw materials:

Whole brick making process:

1)Material is put into box feeder to make sure continuous feeding.There is a reamer near the discharging hole of box feeder.It can crash big block

2)Then material is conveyed to roller crusher and crashed into powdery.

3)After that material is conveyed to double shaft mixer.Add water when mixing the material to make it more even.

4)Material is conveyed to brick vacuum extruder.The machine process the material and squeezes out  mud strip.

5)Strip cutter cut the mud strip into equal length strip and convey them to cut adobe plate

6)Adobe cutter cut the brick strip into green brick adobes.

7)Green bricks pass stoving and sintering processes become red brick.

1.A continuous kiln, sometimes called a tunnel kiln, is a long structure in which only the central portion is directly heated. From the cool entrance, ware is slowly transported

through the kiln, and its temperature is increased steadily as it approaches the central, hottest part of the kiln. From there, its transportation continues and the temperature

is reduced until it exits the kiln at near room temperature.

2.A continuous kiln is the most energy-efficient, because heat given off during cooling is recycled to pre heat the incoming ware.A special type of kiln, common in tableware and

tile manufacture, is the roller hearth kiln, in which ware placed on bats is carried through the kiln on rollers.Kiln technology is very old. The development of the kiln from a

simple earthen trench filled with pots and fuel, pit firing, to modern methods happened in stages.

3.One improvement was to build a firing chamber around pots with baffles and a stoking hole, this allowed heat to be conserved and used more efficiently. The use of a chimney

stack improves the air flow or draw of the kiln, thus burning the fuel more completely. Early examples of kilns found in Britain include those made for the making of roof tiles

during the Roman occupation.

4.These kilns were built up the side of a slope, such that a fire could be lit at the bottom and the heat would rise up into the kiln.With the advent of the industrial age, kilns

were designed to utilize electricity and more refined fuels, including natural gas and propane.

5.The majority of large, industrial pottery kilns now use natural gas, as it is generally clean, efficient and easy to control. Modern kilns can be fitted with computerized

controls, allowing for refined adjustments during the firing cycle.

6.A user may choose to control the rate of temperature climb or ramp, hold or soak the temperature at any given point, or control the rate of cooling. Both electric and gas kilns

are common for smaller scale production in industry and craft, handmade and sculptural work.
