CTP Processor, also be called Thermal CTP Processor, UV CTP Processor, CTP Processing Machine .Superluck CTP Plate Processor is especially used to develop Thermal CTP Plates and UV CTP Plates. The whole working process contains four steps: Developing + Washing +Gumming +Baking/Drying.

Trouble Shooting
Question:
The plates after baking turned into half plates green while the rest half plates are yellow, how can deal with it?
Answer:
1) It's common for the plates not so smooth as new plates after baking, but just a little, it will not influence the printing effects. If the the plates are quite much out of shape, it proves there is something wrong while installation.
2) Turn on the machine, then pull one baking box, if there is wind blowing, it proves the machine has been installed correctly.
3) Check the fan's moving direction, only the leftwards wind direction is correct, if the fan works in wrong direction, it will happen that only the small portion near heat sensor gets heating but no heat for the surroudings, just like you described that only about half are yellow, while the rest are green. It's easy to solve the problem of fan's wrong direction, you are supposed to change random two power lines among the tree lines: L1, L2, L3. It means just need to change the place of two lines, such as, L1 and L2, or L2 and L3. Try it and then check the fan's working direction again.
