A: Our factory with 20000 m²is located in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, China. And our office with 2000m² showroom is located in Shaxi International Hotel Articles Shopping Center, Panyu district, Guangzhou ,Guangdong province.You and your teams are welcome to visit!
 
Q3 : Can you send samples before the order?
A: Yes, Free samples are available for material and quality check with freight collected.

Q4 : What kind of material are your products made in?
A: Mainly, there are three kinds of material: bone china, porcelain and ceramic. For the quality grade : bone china > porcelain > ceramic. If you would like to know more details,pls feel free to contact us directly.
 
Q5: Can you produce goods with our special designs /logos?
A: Sure, we can provide you customized service/OEM and ODM service with drawings .

Q6: Where do you ship from? Can you do drop ship?
A: All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the Guangzhou ports, if you need to ship from other cities of ports, please contact us for further confirmation. Drop ship is available, and we will leave no information of us if requested.

Q7: Do you have certification for your products,is it safe for food?
A: All the products with the CE/EU, FAD, LFGB, SGS certifications. P & T Royal ware has obtained the certificate of china export commodity brand. And became the first company in China to meet the brand export standards of tableware.

Q8: What types of payment do you accept?
A: "Trade assurance", "Western Union" for small amount, "T/T" and "Pay Later" are available for us.
