PTFE is a hydrophobic membrane and chemically resistant to virtually all solvents. It can be used for working with aggressive media such as strong acids, alcohols, bases, aromatics. The units are ready-to-use and allow for simple, rapid and reliable ultra-cleaning of small volume samples for HPLC or GC analysis. PTFE filters can also be used to prevent moisture passing through air vents.
