Q:Are you a manufacturer ?

A:   As manufactory, we DON'T provide retail sales & DON'T have stock to sell in small batch. Every item has certain MOQ as shown on specification sheet to cover the best porduction cost.

Q:Do you have a certificate of quality?

A:   Our main market is Europe with high quality standard request. All electrical items are at least CE/CB/RoHS approved. Some of them are ETL approved. All manual items are LFGB approved.

Q:Do you provide free samples ? How long to provide samples?

A:  Yes, normally sample is FREE after filling "Sample Request Inquiry Form". Sample preparation  takes 5 to 7 Working Days. If necessary, pre-shipment sample could be arranged for your approval before cargo loading.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A:  40 to 60days depending on different items after 30% deposit collected. 

Q: Do you provide after-sales service ?

A: Yes, normally we will provide one-year warranty & 1% FREE spare parts against each order for all items. By the way, "After-Sales Consulting Report" is also a basic document to follow up every year.
