1- What is your minimum order quantity?
* The MOQ is based on different products you order. Usually 600pcs. We also can negotiate with you according to your exact situation.

2- Do you provide OEM,ODM, customization service ?
* Yes. We have 17 years experience on it.

3- What’s your delivery time?
*According to the products you order. Most of the products have inventory so we can ship them to you once we confirm your payment;
*The production processes of some customized products are complicated, so they need more time to be manufactured. The delivery time of them may need more 30-40 days.

4- How about your products’ quality?
*We have our own factory that we are able to control the quality of the products strictly . After manufacturing, we also check them againto make sure all the products are good in condition.

5- What’s your method of payment?
* We can accept L/C, Western Union, T/T, Paypal.

6.Do we do customers' design?
* Customers' designs are warmly welcomed. Of course, it's our responsibility to protect your designs, arrange our powerful designs
group to make samples for you and try our best to meet your demands.

7.Are the samples free or not?
*If it is our inventory products, we are also pleasured to offer free 1 samples to you, but the freight must be collected by
yours; If it is your customized items, we will collect the suitable samples cost and freight cost.
