Usage:

Step 1: Clean the skin needing massage

Step 2: Put a sufficient amount of massage oil (7ml-10ml) on the palm, then rub all over the massage area and massage the body, starting from the back and then gradually through the legs, hands and neck. Combined with pressing each acupuncture point will help blood circulation, helping nutrients absorb better. Massage for 30-40 minutes

Step 3: Rinse with water Step 4: Apply lotion
