Dimethicone is a transparent, colorless, odorless, odorless, non-toxic oily liquid. It has the characteristics of high flash point, low freezing point, good thermal stability, high and low temperature resistance. It is widely used as insulation, lubrication, anti-vibration, dustproof oil, dielectric fluid and heat carrier.
1) Temperature resistance, arc corona resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, dust resistance, insulation: used as impregnant for scanning transformers of motors, electrical appliances, electronic instruments, transformers, capacitors, TV, etc.;
2) Anti-vibration and damping: stable meter readings in various precision machinery, instruments and meters;
3 Vibration absorption: It is mostly used in the occasions with strong mechanical vibration and large changes in ambient temperature, such as the instruments used in airplanes and automobiles;
4) Liquid spring, and in the landing gear of the aircraft.
