1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are both manufacturing factory and trading company ,we sepcialize in fashion stuff.
2. Q: Can I have the clothing with my own logo/label/tags?
A: Sure, you can, as long as you can provide us our digital file andsize of your logo/ tag.
3. Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: Yes, we have products in stock. We usually deliver it within 5 working days after payment.
4. Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Our products lead time is 15-35 days after the payment.
5. Q:What is your MOQ (minimum quantity)?
A: We offer fiexible MOQ , 50-800 per model per color .
6. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are L/C, T, Western Union, and Paypal.
7. Q: Can I get some free sample?
A: You can get 1pcs sample, sending inquiry for getting it. You would pay for the samples and we will arrange shipment for you. We will refund the sample fee, if you are satisfied with the sample, and order with down payment.
8. Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?
A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to where you want. Besides,we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.
9. Q: Will color difference exist between sample and production?
A: Yes, color difference is very normal of different batches of material or printing logo or metal logo, because of the weather and temperature and dye etc, but we try our best to avoid the big color difference.
10. Q: How can you ensure the quality inspection?
A: We have experienced and strictly inspect QC.We carry out inspections during production process and on-site inspection before shipment.
