What is PP Melt Blown Nonwovens?
Melt blown nonwovens is mainly made of polypropylene.The fibers can be 1 to 5 microns in diameter. It has many voids, fluffy structure, good anti-folding ability, and has a unique capillary structure of ultrafine fiber to increase the number and surface area of fiber per unit area, so that the melting spray cloth has a good filtering, shielding, thermal insulation and oil absorption.

The 600mm pp meltblown nonwovens fabric extrusion production machine is equipped with precision gear pump, screen changer, electrostatic electret treater and other configurations to ensure the filtration level (BFE) reaches 95+.
