Main type:
Type 1:Disc type for PE PET material
Disc type grinder can better process the raw materials, the powder obtained is more uniform and the particle size is finer, we use the disc type pulverizer to process those materials that are easy to grind.
Type 2:Disc type for PP EVA, soft PVC
When milling the material ,the temperature of cavity is very high, for PP,EVA and soft PVC, it is easy to melt when progress, so we increase the centrifugal fan to reduce the residence time of the material in the cavity.
Type 3:Rotary type for rigid PVC
Rotary blade can progress rigid better, also because most pvc material contains CaCo3,it will damage the blade, the price of disc blade is more expensive.
