Functions and uses:
Conical twin-screw extruder has the characteristics of uniform plasticization and mixing, high yield, stable quality, wide range of adaptability, long service life and direct molding of PVC powder. With the corresponding molding machine head mold and auxiliary machine, all kinds of thermoplastic plastics, especially hard POLYvinyl chloride powder, can be directly extruded into tubes, plates, sheets, rods, films, profiles and other plastic products, can also complete the modification of all kinds of plastics and powder granulation process [1].
Conical twin-screw extruder has stable performance, which can make melt extruder well plasticized at low temperature. The barrel is equipped with cast aluminum heater, high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform temperature rise, and equipped with cooling fan.
The specially designed transmission part is driven by a new type of frequency conversion motor or a direct flow motor, which is stable in operation, large in transmission torque and high in efficiency. The stepless speed regulation can be achieved by imported frequency converter or DC governor with high precision and energy saving. Intelligent digital temperature controller is adopted to control high precision and low temperature fluctuation. It is equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, constant temperature of oil circulation in screw core, cooling of oil in cylinder and other functions, and equipped with vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device.
