Abstract
GWL-LBS series high temperature furnace. The integrated control system and furnace chamber are designed as separate structure. The furnace lining is made of vacuum forming high purity alumina poly (light) material. Adopt high temperature alloy resistance wire or Sic or Mosi2 as heating element; It is a special equipment specially developed for the laboratories of colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to sinter, melt, analyze and produce ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new materials development, special materials, building materials, metals, nonmetals and other chemical materials.
Principle
Control panel is equipped with intelligent temperature control instrument, control the power switch, the main heating work/stop button, and the voltage, ampere meter, in order to observe the working state of this system, this product USES reliable integrated circuit, good working environment, anti-jamming, high-temperature furnace shell temperature 45 ℃ or less greatly improving the working environment and programmable curve, automatic heating/cooling, can modify the parameters and temperature control in the operation of the program, flexible and convenient, simple operation, and equipped with foot switch, foot switch control opening and closing degree.
Control Panel
Adopt intelligent temperature controller, equipped with standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment APID or MPT and other adjustment methods, with self-tuning, self-learning function, no overshoot and no underadjustment excellent control characteristics, with 30 program control function.
Chamber and heating elements
Using three layers of insulation, respectively: aluminum silicate fibreboard, aluminum oxide fibreboard, aluminum oxide (polycrystalline) fibreboard, energy-saving effect is the old-fashioned electric furnace more than 60%.Different types of heating elements are selected according to customers' temperature requirements.
Foot switch
A switch that switches on or off the circuit by stepping on or off with the foot, and can also be used to control the output current. Use in control circuits that cannot be touched by hands to achieve the purpose of operation. And in the rising process, the electric furnace has a travel switch, to ensure the safe lifting.

Packing&Shipping
The normal package is the wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If the container is too tight, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
