Flash dryer equipment overview:

The flash dryer is tangent to the hot air to enter the bottom of the dryer, driven by the agitator to form a powerful rotating wind field. The material enters the dryer through the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating paddle, the material is dispersed by the impact, friction and shear force. The bulk material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried . The materials with low moisture content and small particle size rise together with the rotating air flow, and are sent to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packaged, and the tail gas is emptied after being processed by the dust removal device.

Flash drying working principle:
In flash drying, wind is used as the heat and heat carrier, and the fan is used as the power to realize the mass and heat exchange in the drying process, so that the moisture content of the material changes, and the material and moisture are separated, that is, drying.
Natural air is generally used for drying. After passing through the air filter, the natural air is heated by the fan into the steam heat exchanger, coal or oil or gas hot air furnace, and the heated hot air is then distributed by the hot air distributor of the flash host. The cyclone contacts and collides with the wet material added by the screw feeder, and begins a series of physical changes such as mass-heat exchange and separation, which separates the material from the contained moisture and finally reaches dryness.

Flash dryer equipment characteristics:
