Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer and trading company with 20 years in baby shoes. And we could supply

you high quality products with competitive price

Q2. I want to add my own logo or design on product , is it ok ?
Yes , of course .We provide OEM/ODM service .You can put your logo of our shoes and also we 

can make shoes as your design.

Q3. How shall we do if order Quantity do not get to MOQ ?
1)We Can combine order to produce together.
2)We may increase FOB price base on small quantity.

Q4.Do you provide sample ? Is it free or extra ?
yes ,we can provide sample free of charge if have stock but freight charges are on customers' 

account.

If sample need to remake, we will charge $10 per piece.

Q5.When can you ship out the goods after get our deposit or L/C ?
The lead time is 35~45 days in off season while 40~60 days in peak season.

Q6. Does your factory pass any audit ?
yes , our factory passed the audit of  BSCI. 

Q7. Where is your Company located ? How can I visit there ?
Our company located in Shantou City ,Guangdong Provice . By air from Guangzhou , about one 

hour. By train from Guangzhou to Shantou,about 3hours and 10 minutes.

Q9. How do you control the quality?

We will arrange sample confirmation before mass production. During the production, we have professional QC staff control the quality and manufacture in accordance to the confirmed sample.

We will also guarantee the accuracy of packaging and send you shipping sample. Welcome to our factory to inspect.

Q10: Payment terms? 
Normally the following two terms of payment are acceptable: 
1) 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70%b balance against copy of B/L
2) L/C at sight
